\u00a0<\/strong>Os informamos que el PROCICAT ha confirmado la posibilidad de celebrar la Asamblea General Ordinaria convocada preferentemente por v\u00eda telem\u00e1tica tambi\u00e9n de manera presencial, para facilitar la asistencia presencial a aquellas que no tienen la posibilidad de acceder a medios telem\u00e1ticos, dado que la resoluci\u00f3n SLT \/ 1778\/2021, de 04 de junio, prorrogada mediante resoluci\u00f3n SLT \/ 1840, de 12 de junio, permite celebrar Asambleas cumpliendo determinadas medidas sanitarias, de distancia interpersonal, limpieza, desinfecci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n de los edificios.<\/p>\n

Siguiendo esta normativa, una empresa de mantenimiento habilitada de conformidad con el Real Decreto 1027\/2007, de 20 de julio, ha confirmado que el sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n de la sala de Actos permite la asistencia con un m\u00e1ximo de 16 personas, por lo que el aforo fijado inicialmente en 35 personas en la convocatoria de 7 de junio pasado se ha visto reducido a esta cifra.<\/p>\n

Por este motivo, desde el Col\u00b7legi nos pondremos en contacto con las personas que se ha registrado en la modalidad presencial para confirmar que contin\u00fae optando por esta modalidad de asistencia y os comunicaremos, por estricto orden de inscripci\u00f3n, a las personas que exceda el aforo legalmente previsto, que puede participar de forma telem\u00e1tica en la gesti\u00f3n del COVB. Asimismo, se comunica que, para garantizar la salud de las personas colegiadas, colaboradoras externas y del personal del COVB, se ha aprobado un PLAN DE CONTINGENCIA Y PROTOCOLOS DE ACTUACI\u00d3N PARA LA APLICACI\u00d3N DE MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS PARA HACER FRENTE A LA COVID-19<\/a>, dise\u00f1ado siguiendo las medidas establecidas en las \u00faltimas resoluciones aprobadas por el Departament de Salut comunicados a la Generalitat y al Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, y\u200b\u200bque puedes consultar AQU\u00cd.<\/p>\n

Os comunicaremos cualquier eventual cambio o modificaci\u00f3n sobres condiciones para la celebraci\u00f3n de la Asamblea que las autoridades competentes puedan hacer hasta la celebraci\u00f3n de esta para asegurar la m\u00e1xima participaci\u00f3n en la vida del Col\u00b7legi con todas las garant\u00edas de salud.<\/p>\n
